The Sharada Alliance Brand Logo has evolved from the auspicious symbol used in ancient India - the 'Swastika and the 8 core values that are the foundation of our firm.
'Swastika' comes from the Sanskrit word, 'svastika', which means 'good fortune' or 'well-being'. It is a potent and universally recognized symbol intended to elicit pride.
The Swastika has numerous meanings, but the ones we most identify with are that of prosperity, auspiciousness, and humanity. The power of Human Interactivity is at the core of our association with the universally loved symbol.

Mr. Vilas Yadav brings 25 years of expertise in Infrastructure and Construction. He is the backbone of Sharada Alliance and a true visionary. His strengths lie in finance, land procurement, and public relations. Under his leadership, the group has seen consistent growth.

Sagar Yadav, son of Mr. Vilas Yadav, holds a B.E. in Civil and an M.B.A. in Construction Management. With youthful energy and a result-driven mindset, he brings dynamism and professionalism to the Group. He is committed to carrying the legacy forward and propelling the Group to greater heights.

With an experience and specialisation of more than 20 years in road construction and development, Mr. Kiran Samant has most notably contributed to the road construction in Konkan areas. He is a people’s person with sharp networking skills and plays a vital role in fund raising and sales here at Sharada Alliance.

Carrying the family legacy forward is the newest entrant in the field, Sonali Yadav. With a background in B.E Civil and MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development, Sonali aims to build strong consumer interaction, loyalty and satisfaction through varied programmes and activities for projects developed by the Group.
